Detached ADUs, garage conversions, attached ADUs and basement ADUs. Design and permits are part of every project, so there is one contract and one point of contact.
Where do we work?
Denver, Lakewood, Aurora, Englewood and Arvada. We are a service-area business without a walk-in showroom; we meet you at your property.
How do we work?
- Zoning before sketches. We confirm what the code allows on your parcel before anyone draws.
- A written, itemized quote. Every major cost is its own line, so you can see where the money goes.
- Straight answers. If a city's rules are in flux, as in Aurora and Lakewood right now, we say so.
- Sources and dates. Our guides name where each rule comes from and when we checked it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ADU Craft Denver is licensed and insured. Contractor licensing in Colorado is handled city by city, and Denver requires a licensed contractor for ADU work. License and insurance details come with every quote.
